This course on optical 2d-measurement technique has been created during the development of the telecentric lenses from Schneider-Kreuznach. First of all we had the idea to explain to the “non optics expert” the differencies between normal lenses and telecentric optical systems by introducing the laws of perspective (Chapter 2).
